A reference records the requested selection; it does not establish dispatch or payment settlement. If the tray changes, the recipient and patch-test review must be completed again.

Patch-test acknowledgement is a plan to read and follow the product guidance. It is not a guarantee that a preparation will suit an unidentified finish or reverse existing damage.

Use the item maker’s care advice where it differs from a general routine. Keep liquids and brushes dedicated to compatible materials and colours.
